Dear Civil Service Aspirants,

We are delighted to announce the commencement of Batch 4 selection for the DAV Civil Services Residential Program (DCSRP) for UPSC CSE 2026.

The program is now open at three locations, in collaboration with the following venue partners: Chennai – SMK Fomra Group of Institutions, Kelambakka; Puducherry – Vedic Vidya Kendra, Kalapet; Mumbai – Maharishi Dayanand Foundation, Dadar/Vile Parle.

This 10-month residential program offers an ecosystem that fosters a 3P approach — Peer Learning, Practice Tests, and Performance Improvement. It is further enriched by mentoring from former and serving Civil Services officers, and provides a conducive environment with boarding facilities and a well-managed canteen.

This program is designed to stand by you while you stand by the nation—helping you achieve your aspirations and contribute meaningfully to nation-building.

Eligibility Criteria

– Nationality: Indian

– Age Limit: Between 21 Years – 32 Years (as of 1st August 2026).

– A candidate must hold a recognized graduate degree or equivalent.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on merit, determined by the combined scores in Stage I and Stage II tests.

Stage I: OMR-based Preliminary Screening Test

Format: 100 objective-type questions and 2 Essay type questions ( 350-400 words each)  ( 1 English + 1 Any Indian Language )
Duration: 3 Hours

Fees

Monthly Fee: ₹7,500 (Includes food, accommodation, mentoring, and mock tests)

Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships available for selected candidates
