In keeping with our commitment towards nation building, the DAV Group of Schools, Chennai (Managed by Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society) in association with SMK Fomra Group of Institutions have established the DAV SM FOMRA CIVIL SERVICES RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM – at DAV-SM Fomra School, OMR, Chennai
Through this program, we offer coaching, academic support boarding and lodging for young talent from Tamil Nadu & Puducherry who aspire to enter the Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.)

Eligibility

  • Age Limit: (as on 1st August 2023)

Minimum – 21 Years (on or before 1st August 2002)

Maximum – 32 Years (on or after 2nd August 1991)

  • Nationality: Indian
  • Resident: The candidate should be a resident of Tamil Nadu or Puducherry.

The candidate shall be deemed to be a resident of Tamil Nadu or Puducherry if she/he is in possession of any government issued identity card with Tamil Nadu in the residential address.

The decision of the institute shall be final with respect to the residential status.

Selection Process

Stage I: OMR-based Preliminary Selection Test of 120 questions with duration of 2 hours

(Suitable Travelling Allowance determined on a case-by-case basis, up to Rs. 1,000 will be provided)

The selection will purely be on merit, based on the combined scores in Stage I and Stage II tests.

REFUNDABLE Caution Deposit Rs. 2,000. (Refunded upon the conclusion of the programme)
